INGREDIENTS
For the Burger Patties
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp regular soy sauce
4 tbsp Korean BBQ Seasoning
1 tsp toasted Asian sesame oil
1 egg
For the Sriracha Mayo
1/2 cup whole mayo4 tsp Sriracha Seasoning
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
NOTE: Can be used for fries too
For Serving
4 burger bunsThinly sliced red cabbage or cole slaw mix (without dressing)
Roughly chopped cilantro leaves
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, combine the Sriracha mayo ingredients. You can adjust the level of heat to your taste
- Mix all beef patty ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into 4-6 even patties
- Pre-heat the grill or cook top to medium-high heat. In a large pan, cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side
- Toast the burger buns for 1 minute per side
- Finally, spread lots of sriracha mayo on both sides of the toasted buns and layer with beef patty and toppings
