Juicy lamb chops, seared to perfection and coated in garlic herb butter. All you need is our Savoury Lamb seasoning to elevate your dinner game.
Ingredients
For the lamb chops:

8 lamb loin chops
-
2 tbsp olive or avocado oil

1 tsp salt (or to taste)
For the garlic herb butter:
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
1 tsp dried rosemary
-
1 tsp dried thyme
-
1 tsp dried parsley
Preparation
1. Season the lamb
Pat the lamb dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with 1 tsp of oil, then sprinkle with Savoury Lamb Rub A Spice Affair salt. Rub well until fully coated.
2. Sear the lamb
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb chops and sear undisturbed for 4–5 minutes. Flip and sear the other side for another 3–4 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 135°F–140°F for medium-rare.
3. Make the garlic herb butter
Remove the lamb from the skillet and turn off the heat. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley to the same pan, scraping up any browned bits.
4. Baste and serve
Once the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, return the lamb chops to the skillet and toss to coat in the herb butter. Baste for a couple of minutes. Plate and spoon the garlic butter over the top. Enjoy!
