Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp A Spice Affair GO! Garlic and Onion Seasoning

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or a blend)

1 tbsp lemon juice, plus milk to make 1 cup total
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and GO! Garlic and Onion Seasoning.

Cut in the butter until the mixture looks crumbly (small pea-size pieces are perfect).

Stir in cheese until evenly mixed.

Make the milk mixture: add lemon juice to a measuring cup, then add milk until it reaches 1 cup.

Combine: pour milk mixture into the bowl and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

Scoop and drop: drop large spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden on top. Serve warm.
