SMOKY CHIPOTLE JUICY BURGER & DIP FOR CRISPY FRIES

Smoky, creamy, and just the right kick 🌶️ The perfect dip for fries or a smoky twist in your burger 🍔 She’s hot so if you can’t handle a little heat, step out of the kitchen 🤍

Ingredients (for 4 burgers)

For the burgers

500g ground beef (preferably lean)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 burger buns
Slices of cheese (sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, or other)
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon, avocado, pickles

For the Smoky Chipotle Burger Sauce & Dip

2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp (or more!) of our Smoky Chipotle Seasoning

Preparation

1. Make the patties

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form 4 patties.

2. Cook the burgers

Grill the patties on medium-high heat (BBQ or pan) for about 4-5 minutes per side. Add cheese at the end of cooking so it melts properly.

3. Prepare the sauce

Mix the mayo, ketchup, and Smoky Chipotle Seasoning until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Assemble the burgers

Lightly toast the buns. Spread the sauce on the bottom bun, add the patty, your desired toppings, close it up… and you’re done!

5. Serve with crispy fries

Dip generously into the reserved Smoky Chipotle sauce. Pure bliss.
