A great way to enjoy the flavours of apple pie all year long, but especially during the warmer months! This is a balanced meal packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Amped up with Apple Pie Spices, this smoothie is loaded with flavour and health boosting spices. Breakfast approved… but it’s so delicious you may want to have it as a healthy dessert or snack!
INGREDIENTS
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
½ an apple
1 tsp A Spice Affair's Apple Pie Spice (Wellness Flavor Booster Kit)
1 tbsp nut or seed butter (I like sunflower or pecan butter)
1 tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup nut milk
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
Optional Toppings
Granola
Extra Cinnamon
Chopped nuts
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pour into a glass or bowl & add toppings of choice!
