3 salmon filets, total 680g (2 lbs), cubed
2 lemons, sliced
1 tbsp A Spice Affair's Salmon Seasoning, or Zesty Fish Seasoning
1/4 cup oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Pearl couscous salad with Parsallot, for serving
- Combine Salmon Seasoning, oil and lemon juice and set aside.
- Using two skewers (soak in water for 30+ minutes if using bamboo), skewer salmon and add lemon slices alternating between the two (about 4 pieces of salmon per skewer).
- Brush marinade on all sides of skewers and grill 10-12 minutes turning once.
Serve with side salad or pearled couscous dressed with lemon, A Spice Affair's Parsallot, Pink Himalayan Salt and oil.
