2 cups pineapple juice
2 jalapeños, sliced + more for garnish
1 cup fresh lime juice (5 limes)
1 cup white tequila
1 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
lots of ice
A Spice Affair's Chili Lime Rimmer
1. Combine 1/2 cup pineapple juice & jalapeño in a container. Press down on the jalapeño with a spoon to extract its juice and muddle it with the pineapple.
2. Strain the mixture into a large jug; discard the jalapeño. Add the remaining pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila & triple sec; stir to combine.
3. Run the lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Pour Chili Lime Rimmer onto a flat surface and turn each glass upside down in the rimmer. Once coated, add ice, pour the margarita and garnish with a slice of jalapeño & pineapple.
