INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and cold
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2-1 tsp A Spice Affair's Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A Spice Affair's Himalayan Salt, to taste
For Garnish
- Parsley leaves, roughly chopped
- Spice options for garnish
PREPARATION
- Add chickpeas and ice cubes in food processor and let it run for 60 seconds
- Then add the remaining ingredients, one at a time, letting the food processor run for a minute each time, until the mixture becomes smooth
- Serve in a bowl, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite spice
- Use it as a dip for veggies or serve with pita bread and falafel or oriental grills. Bon appétit!
