Crispy oven-roasted sweet potato fries with the perfect blend of sweet & salty 🔥
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Maple Sweet Potato Seasoning A Spice Affair
- 3 tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the sweet potatoes into fries, approximately 1/4” thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with cornstarch, salt, maple sweet potato seasoning, and olive oil until well-coated.
- Arrange the fries on parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer, ensuring a little space between each fry for maximum crispiness (use two baking sheets if needed).
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and, while still hot, sprinkle with a little extra maple sweet potato seasoning and a pinch of sea salt.
