INGREDIENTS

• 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup milk of your choice (preferably unsweetened)
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Ground A Spice Affair
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp pure maple syrup
• Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish 

PREPARATION

Simply mix all the ingredients in your blender until smooth, fluffy and creamy and use the cinnamon stick to stir.
