Did you know that fish is a delicate ingredient and can sometimes stick to the grill?

Grilled Fish Chef's Little Secrets:

1- When cooking whole or filleted fish, use a fish basket, it allows you to flip the fish more easily.

2- If you use tongs to handle your fish, use firm-fleshed fish for barbecuing, so they don't fall apart. For lean flesh, you may cook it in foil.

Enjoy ;)!
