A cozy Shepherdâs Pie topped with Garlic Mashed Potatoes đ
INGREDIENTS
Ground Meat
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
ž cup each peas, corn, diced carrots
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Mashed Potatoes6 white potatoes, peeled, diced & boiled until tender
1/4 cup 10% cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp pepper
2 tsp Garlic Mashed Potato Seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Dried parsleyÂ
In a skillet, sautĂŠ onions in oil until translucent. Add in beef and cook until browned. Add in garlic and stir. Stir in seasoning, herbs & Worcestershire sauce. Add in veggies and mix until heated through then stir in tomato sauce. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
To the potatoes, add cream, butter, garlic mashed potato seasoning & pepper. Mash until smooth.
Top beef mixture with mashed potatoes and smooth out. Use a fork to create peaks and top with parm & parsley.
Transfer to a 400F oven and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crispy. Enjoy!
