INGREDIENTS

 

For the Noodle

Instant Rice Noodles

Butter (1 tablespoon)

Carrots (julienned)

Spring Onions (chopped)

Mushrooms (sliced)

Precooked Shrimps (200g)


For the Sauce

Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)

Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon)

Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon)

Chili Crisp Oil Infusion & Seasoning A Spice Affair (1 teaspoon, adjust to taste)

Asian Fusion Seasoning A Spice Affair (1 teaspoon)

PREPARATION

Cook the Noodles

Prepare the instant rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the carrots, spring onions, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Shrimps

Add the precooked shrimps to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, Aspice Affair’s Chili Crisp Spices, and Asian Fusion. Adjust the spice levels to your taste.

Combine Everything

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables and shrimp.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve

Garnish with extra spring onions if desired and serve hot.
