INGREDIENTS
For the Noodle
Instant Rice Noodles
Butter (1 tablespoon)
Carrots (julienned)
Spring Onions (chopped)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Precooked Shrimps (200g)
For the Sauce
Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon)
Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon)
Chili Crisp Oil Infusion & Seasoning A Spice Affair (1 teaspoon, adjust to taste)
Asian Fusion Seasoning A Spice Affair (1 teaspoon)
PREPARATION
Cook the Noodles
Prepare the instant rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the carrots, spring onions, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add Shrimps
Add the precooked shrimps to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Prepare the Sauce
