INGREDIENTS
200g feta cheese
4 tbsp cream cheese (or 4 cream cheese squares)
1 tbsp Everything Italian Herbs by Chef Deema x A Spice Affair or Italian Herbs
1 tbsp Garlic Flakes by Chef Deema x A Spice Affair
2 tbsp olive oil
Balsamic vinegar, drizzle
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh mint, chopped
For Serving
Pita bread, toasted (or your choice of bread)
PREPARATION
- Mix the two types of cheese with the Everything Italian Herbs and Garlic Flakes. Spread the mixture on a serving plate and set aside in the fridge.
- Add olive oil in a pan over medium heat, stir in the cherry tomatoes, then add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and stir for 2 minutes.
- Top the chilled feta cheese with the sautéed tomatoes and garnish with fresh mint. Serve with pita bread and enjoy!
