For the Margarita
1 mango, cut into cubes (or frozen mango for a frozen margarita)
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 2 small limes
88 ml silver tequila (3 oz)
30 ml triple sec or orange liqueur (1 oz)
1 dash sriracha or hot sauce
1-3 tbsp maple syrup, as per preference
1 lime wedge for rimming
1 tbsp A Spice Affair's Chili Lime Rimmer
- In a blender, add all margarita ingredients and pulse until smooth. You may increase or decrease the quantity of alcohol and sweetness as per your personal preference.
- Pour half of the margarita mixture into a shaker. Add ice and shake very well to cool off mixture.
- Rim 3 glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in Chili Lime Rimmer. Pour margarita mixture into the glasses, add more ice cubes and garnish with lime wedge.
