CHILI LIME MANGO MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS
For the Margarita
1 mango, cut into cubes (or frozen mango for a frozen margarita)
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 2 small limes
88 ml silver tequila (3 oz)
30 ml triple sec or orange liqueur (1 oz)
1 dash sriracha or hot sauce
1-3 tbsp maple syrup, as per preference 

For Serving
1 lime wedge for rimming
1 tbsp A Spice Affair's Chili Lime Rimmer


PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add all margarita ingredients and pulse until smooth. You may increase or decrease the quantity of alcohol and sweetness as per your personal preference. 
  2. Pour half of the margarita mixture into a shaker. Add ice and shake very well to cool off mixture.
  3. Rim 3 glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in Chili Lime Rimmer. Pour margarita mixture into the glasses, add more ice cubes and garnish with lime wedge.
