CHILI LIME CHICKEN WINGS

Servings : 3-4 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of whole chicken wings, separated
  • The juice of 2 limes
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch of coriander + a little for serving
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) light blonde beer
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp Chili Lime Seasoning
  • Freshly Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper Ground

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and scatter the chicken wings over it
  2. In a food processor, put the rest of the ingredients, add salt and pepper generously and puree until smooth
  3. Brush the chicken wings with the marinade and place in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown. Brush regularly with the marinade and turn over halfway through cooking! Do not brush the last 10 minutes to avoid cross contamination
  4. Serve on a large plate and garnish with fresh cilantro!
