Healthy, simple, and bursting with flavor—this Salmon Bowl was inspired by @cassandraloignon and will quickly become your new weekly go-to! 🥗🍣 Seasoned with our Honey Maple Squash blend, it's perfect for any season. ✨
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp pure sesame oil

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

4 (4-6 oz) salmon filets, cut into chunks

2 packs of bok choy
-
2 avocados
-
4 cups cooked rice
FOR THE SALSA

1 cup diced mango
-
1/4 cup red bell peppers
-
1/4 cup jalapeño
-
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp lime juice
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and Honey Maple Squash.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Marinate salmon and bok choy in the mixture and place in a baking dish.
3. Make the salsa by combining mango, red bell peppers, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
4. Prepare rice by boiling 4 cups of rice with 8 cups of salted water. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Bake salmon and bok choy for 10-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
6. Assemble your bowl: rice at the base, salmon on one side, bok choy, and salsa on the other. Optional: garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
