1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Black Pepper A Spice Affair
1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt Ground A Spice Affair
1 teaspoon Garlic Ground A Spice Affair

For the Sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon Maple Mustard Seasoning A Spice Affair

PREPARATION

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix sour cream, pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the fridge for best results.

Coat and Cook the Chicken
Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge.
Coat the chicken with flour on all sides, shaking off any excess.
Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mustard, mayo, maple syrup, and Maple Mustard Seasoning A Spice Affair until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Burger
