BURGER BOWL WITH KETCHUP AIOLI

INGREDIENTS

For the Burger Patties
450g ground beef (1lb)
1 tbsp Montreal Burger Seasoning
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

For the Ketchup Aioli
¼ cup mayo
1 tbsp Everything Ketchup Seasoning
2 tbsp pickle juice

For the Bowls
Mixed greens
Plum tomatoes, diced
Baby dill pickles
Red onions, thinly sliced
Cheddar cheese, shredded 

PREPARATION

  1. Combine burger patty ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into small (2 inch) patties. Pan fry or grill until fully cooked. Set aside.
  2. Combine ketchup dressing ingredients, whisk to combine and set aside. 
  3. To assemble the salad, add your greens then top with your preference amount of tomatoes, red onions, cheddar cheese, pickles and burger patties. Drizzle ketchup sauce over the entire bowl.
