INGREDIENTS
For the Burger Patties
450g ground beef (1lb)
1 tbsp Montreal Burger Seasoning
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
For the Ketchup Aioli
¼ cup mayo
1 tbsp Everything Ketchup Seasoning
2 tbsp pickle juice
For the Bowls
Mixed greens
Plum tomatoes, diced
Baby dill pickles
Red onions, thinly sliced
Cheddar cheese, shredded
PREPARATION
- Combine burger patty ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into small (2 inch) patties.
- Pan fry (about 3-4 minutes each side) or grill until cooked to desired doneness. Set aside.
- Combine ketchup dressing ingredients, whisk to combine and set aside.
- To assemble the salad, add your greens then top with your preference amount of tomatoes, red onions, cheddar cheese, pickles and burger patties. Drizzle ketchup sauce over the entire bowl.
