For the Sumac Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp Sumac by A Spice Affair
- 1/2 tsp A Spice Affair's Zaatar Premium
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp pomegranate molasses per serving
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Pour dressing over your Fattoush Salad and drizzle with 2 tsp pomegranate molasses per serving.
Note: May use dressing in pasta or mixed vegetable salads.
