INGREDIENTS

For the Sumac Dressing

• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice 
• 3 tsp Sumac by A Spice Affair 
• 1/2 tsp A Spice Affair's Zaatar Premium
• 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper 
• 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed

For Serving

• 2 tsp pomegranate molasses per serving

PREPARATION

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Pour dressing over your Fattoush Salad and drizzle with 2 tsp pomegranate molasses per serving.

Note: May use dressing in pasta or mixed vegetable salads.
