INGREDIENTS
For the Salmon
10 Salmon Fillets, medium-sized
2 Tbsp Everything Fish Spice Blend
For the Teryaki Sauce
1 Cup Soya Sauce
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Grated Ginger
8 Cloves of Minced Garlic
2 Green onions, chopped finely
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
¼ Cup Cold Water
For Serving
Green Onions
Grilled or Sautéed Vegetables
PREPARATION
- Pre-heat oven to 180c degrees.
- Brush an oven tray with vegetable oil and place salmon fillets.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with more vegetable oil and season with Everything Fish Spice Blend.
- Bake salmon for 15 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare the teriyaki sauce in a bowl by mixing sauce ingredients together: soya sauce, vegetable oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, green onions, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black Pepper, brown sugar, lemon juice, sesame oil, corn starch and water. Transfer the sauce to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat, let boil until sauce starts to thicken.
- Remove salmon from oven and pour the teriyaki sauce over the fillets. Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 min.
- Garnish with green onions and serve alongside grilled or sautéed vegetables.
