INGREDIENTS
1 kg shrimp
1 tsp Chef Deema's Smoked Paprika Seasoning
1 tsp A Spice Affair's Turmeric
1 tsp Dried Coriander
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Olive oil
Juice of ½ Lemon
Red Chili Flakes (optional)
MARINADE & DIPPING SAUCE
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup mustard
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup hot peppers, chopped
¼ cup green coriander, chopped
¼ cup green onions, chopped
Salt and Pepper
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, mix together Chef Deema's Smoked Paprika Seasoning, Turmeric, Coriander, Salt, Pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp, toss until coated, and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
3. Arrange the marinated shrimp in a single layer on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
4. Cook for 12 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked.
5. Meanwhile, mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Serve the shrimp hot with a drizzle of the marinade, and garnish with fresh coriander, lemon wedges, and more sauce for dipping.
