INGREDIENTS
Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 large sweet potato cut into fries
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp Zaatar Extra Jordanian
- 1 tsp Paprika Smoked
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
Roasted Garlic & Sun-dried Tomato Tahini Dip
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2-3 tbsp Roasted Garlic and Sun-dried Tomato Seasoning
- Juice of half a lemon
- Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
Garnish
- Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 400F
- Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 1-2 hours
- Rinse potatoes and pat with paper towel until completely dry
- Place fries in a pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with spices and cornstarch. Keep stirring until evenly coated
- Bake fries for 30-45 minutes
- Meanwhile, combine all dip ingredients and stir until smooth
- Once the fries are golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and garnish with sea salt and parsley
