ZAATAR SPICED SWEET POTATO FRIES WITH ROASTED GARLIC & SUN-DRIED TOMATO TAHINI DIP

INGREDIENTS

Sweet Potato Fries

Roasted Garlic & Sun-dried Tomato Tahini Dip

Garnish

  • Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 1-2 hours
  3. Rinse potatoes and pat with paper towel until completely dry
  4. Place fries in a pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with spices and cornstarch. Keep stirring until evenly coated
  5. Bake fries for 30-45 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, combine all dip ingredients and stir until smooth
  7. Once the fries are golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and garnish with sea salt and parsley
