Ingredients

1½ lbs chicken breasts or thighs (cubed or shredded after cooking)

4 potatoes, diced

3 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups prepared Chick’n-Free Vegan Broth (4 heaping tsp + 4 cups hot water)

1 cup milk or cream (optional)

2 Tbsp flour or cornstarch (for thickening)

2 tsp each: Bacon Loaded Potato, Everything Onion, Everything Dill

Parsallot, for garnish
Slow Cooker Instructions

Add chicken, vegetables, broth, and spice blends to the slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours.

Whisk flour or cornstarch with milk and stir into the stew 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish with Parsallot and serve hot with Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
