½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup olive oil (optional, may use an air popper instead)
4 tbsp butter
½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
For the Lemon Pepper Seasoning
½ tbsp A Spice Affair’s Lemon Pepper
Use an air popper to pop popcorn kernels or combine popcorn and ¼ cup olive oil in a large pot with cover. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally shaking the pot, until popcorn is popped (about 5 minutes). Transfer popcorn to a large serving bowl.
In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in the seasoning of choice and stir over low heat until well combined.
- Drizzle the seasoned butter and parmesan cheese over popcorn and toss to evenly coat. Enjoy!
