INGREDIENTS
1 lb (453.59 g) roasted potatoes, cut into bite-sized piecesPickles, chopped (to taste)
Spring onions, sliced (to taste)
Parsley, chopped (to taste)
Olive oil (for drizzling)
1 tsp of Garlic Magic Seasoning A Spice Affair
Red radish, thinly sliced (to taste)
DRESSING
90 g Greek yogurt1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp of Garlic Magic Seasoning A Spice Affair
1 tsp lemon juice
HOW TO PREPARE
Assemble the Salad:
1. In a large bowl, add the roasted potatoes, pickles, onions, parsley (optional), and red radish.2. Drizzle a little olive oil over the mixture and add 1 tsp of Garlic Magic.
Add the Dressing:
3. Pour the prepared dressing over the potato mixture.4. Toss everything together until the potatoes and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
Serve:
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld.
