- Preheat your oven to broil 550℉ (289℃)
- Prepare your marinade in a small bowl until well combined.
- Marinate your tails and set a piece of 1 tbsp of butter on each tail. Place them on a roasting dish, with the meaty tops of your lobster tails facing the top of the oven.
- Broil lobster tails on broil for 10 mins (the lobster tail should be bright red and the lobster meat should be opaque and white in the center and register 145˚F on an instant read thermometer.)
- Transfer to serving platter and garnish with parsley and more melted butter.
