Time: 5 minutes + 15 to boil the eggs
Portion: 6 eggs
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Pink Himalayan Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Coffee Seasoning by A Spice Affair
1. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks to a bowl.
2. Add the mayo, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mash with a fork until it’s smooth.
3. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, then sprinkle with the chili coffee seasoning.
