MUSTARD POWDER BULK
I come from a plant of the cruciferous family like cabbage, broccoli and radish. My seeds are larger than those of brown mustard but less pungent. Reduced to a powder, I can be mixed with water or directly incorporated by small pinches in vinaigrettes, marinades or with meats and to flavour your dishes, especially curries. I am mainly found in Asian dishes but also in Italian cuisine. My powder contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals good for health.
