Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes, Total time: 20 minutes
- If Octopus is not cooked: bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add octopus and reduce down to a simmer. Cook for 50-60 minutes, or until octopus can be pierced easily.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Combine oil, garlic, and Zesty Fish Rub. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice octopus tentacles and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until charred.
- Remove from grill, let cool and plate. Drizzle with dressing mixture and top with olives and fresh parsley.
