Craving something spicy, savoury and seriously satisfying? 🍜 This Spicy Everything Bagel Noodle Bowl is the ultimate easy dinner packed with bold flavour, protein, and a fun crunch.
Ingredients
- 200 g Asian noodles (soba, ramen, or udon)
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 6–8 gyozas (vegetarian or chicken)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning – The Spice Age (plus more for topping)
- Chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Preparation
Noodle Bowl
- Boil noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Boil broccoli florets for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water to keep them crisp. Drain.
- Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook gyozas for 2–3 minutes until golden. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam until fully cooked through.
Make the sauce
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning – The Spice Age. Set aside.
Final stir-fry
- In a large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil. Add noodles, broccoli, and gyozas. Pour the sauce over and toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until well coated.
