SMOKY LOADED POTATOES

Recipe by @Ohmygoodiescc

Potatoes like you’ve never tasted before! Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside… and loaded to perfection. The secret? Our Bacon Loaded Potato Vegan Seasoning, turning every bite into pure bliss 🥔✨

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Prepare and Bake the Potatoes

Scrub the Russet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. (Optional: rub each potato with olive oil.) Wrap each potato in foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40-50 minutes or until fork tender.

2. Make the Flavoured Sour Cream

In a bowl, combine the sour cream with 1 tbsp Bacon Loaded Potato Seasoning A Spice Affair until well mixed.

3. Prepare the Potatoes for Topping

Carefully unwrap the baked potatoes and slice lengthwise down the middle, making sure not to cut all the way through. Using a fork, gently mash the inside of each potato. Drizzle about 2 tsp of melted butter over each and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, mixing gently to combine.

4. Assemble the Loaded Potatoes

Top each potato with a generous sprinkle of grated Cheddar cheese and a dollop of the seasoned sour cream. Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
