Ingredients
For the toast:

1 slice of rustic sourdough bread, toasted

1 small avocado, sliced

A few thin radish slices

Microgreens or baby greens

Edible flower (optional, for garnish)

A generous pinch of Everything Bacon Seasoning A Spice Affair.
For sauce:

2 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tsp Everything Bacon Seasoning A Spice Affair (or more, to taste)
Preparation
Step 1: Make the bacon mayo
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Everything Bacon Seasoning A Spice Affair. Stir well until smooth and combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Spread the mayo
Spread a generous layer of the bacon mayo on your toasted bread.
Step 3: Add the veggies
Layer the radish slices evenly, then fan out the avocado slices on top.
Step 4: Finish with toppings
Add microgreens and an edible flower for presentation (optional). Sprinkle generously with Everything Bacon Seasoning A Spice Affair.
