Ingredients
- 2 slices brioche bread
- 2–3 slices sharp cheddar (Cracker Barrel or similar)
- ½ tsp Maple Chipotle Seasoning - The Spice Age (inside the sandwich)
- ½ tsp Maple Chipotle Seasoning - The Spice Age + 1 tsp maple syrup (for the crust)
- 1 tbsp butter
Pineapple Chutney Jam (easy 5-minute version or use store-bought)
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- Dash of chili flakes
- Pinch of salt
