  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • Snow peas, optional

For the Korean BBQ Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup beef broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Korean BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

For the Noodles:

  • 1 package medium egg noodles

For Garnish:

  • Green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

1. Prepare the sauce

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, honey, Korean BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.

2. Cook the noodles

Boil the egg noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. Cook the broccoli

In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Cover and allow to steam for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

4. Sear the beef

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the remaining olive oil. Add the beef and sear until nicely browned, turning during cooking. Remove from the wok and set aside.

5. Cook the vegetables

Add the red bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas, if using. Cook for a few minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.

6. Add the sauce and noodles

Reduce the heat to medium and pour the sauce into the wok. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Add the noodles and toss until evenly coated.

7. Combine and serve

Return the beef, broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the wok. Toss everything together until well coated in the Korean BBQ sauce.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
