For the Balsamic Mushrooms:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

PREPARATION
1. Season the steaks
Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towel. Season both sides generously with salt and OH-M-GEE BBQ Seasoning A Spice Affair.
2. Grill the ribeye steaks
Place the steaks on a hot grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and grill for another 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), adjusting the cooking time according to your preferred doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3. Prepare the garlic mashed potatoes
Drain the boiled potatoes. Add unsalted butter, salt, dehydrated garlic, and light cream to taste. Mash until smooth and creamy, adding more cream if needed to reach your desired consistency.
4. Prepare the balsamic mushrooms
In a skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add the cremini mushrooms and season with salt. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and nicely browned. Add a small drizzle of balsamic glaze, stir to coat, then remove from the heat.
5. Assemble and serve
Spoon the creamy garlic mashed potatoes onto each plate. Top with sliced ribeye steak and balsamic mushrooms, then finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
