These Greek-Style Chicken Skewers with Herbed Yogurt Dip are your new go-to!

Ingredients
For the chicken:

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

Salt & pepper

Skewers
For the dip:

1 cup Greek yogurt (or Skyr)

A drizzle of olive oil

A little lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Prepare the chicken:

Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces and toss well to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavour).

Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.

Cook in a pan, on the grill, or in the oven until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes depending on the method.
Prepare the dip:

Mix the Greek yogurt with the Greek Salad Magic Seasoning – The Spice Age, a drizzle of olive oil, and lemon juice if desired. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve:
