Ready for a flavour-packed meal? 🌿 Try this Greek Chicken Pita topped with creamy Caesar’s Kiss dressing, fresh romaine, and melted mozzarella. Perfect for lunch or dinner, easy to make, impossible to resist! 🥙✨
Ingredients
For the Chicken

4 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil
For the Dressing & Salad

⅓ cup mayonnaise
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
1 tsp milk
-
Olive oil (amount as needed)

1 head Romaine lettuce, washed & chopped
For the Pita & Topping

Mozzarella cheese
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic, grated
-
Salt & pepper
-
Fresh parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
1. Marinate and cook the chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with 1 tbsp Caesar’s Kiss Seasoning – A Spice Affair and 2 tbsp olive oil. Marinate for 20 minutes. Grill until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Set aside to rest.
2. Prepare the dressing and salad
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Caesar’s Kiss Seasoning – A Spice Affair, lemon juice, milk, and olive oil until combined. Transfer half of the dressing to a squeeze bottle. Add chopped Romaine lettuce to the remaining dressing and toss well.
3. Prepare the pita
In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, grated garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush the pita bread with the garlic olive oil mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
4. Assemble the Greek pita
Top the baked pita with the dressed salad and sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
