Golden, crispy fries upgraded with Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning A Spice Affair 🍟🧀 Paired with a creamy, tangy aioli, it’s the perfect combo for a tasty and easy snack 😋🌱
Ingredients
For the fries

Pre-cut fries (frozen or fresh)

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tbsp Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning A Spice Affair

Extra Garlic Parmesan seasoning, to taste

Fresh chopped chives, for garnish
For the garlic parmesan aioli
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
Juice from ½ lemon
Preparation
1. Bake the fries
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through if needed.
2. Make the aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the aioli to a squeeze bottle for easy serving.
3. Assemble and serve
Place the hot fries in a large serving dish.
Sprinkle with additional Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning to taste.
Drizzle generously with garlic parmesan aioli.
Top with fresh chopped chives.
