INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 4 boneless chicken fillets
- 3 tsp Italian Herbs
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Garnish
- 4 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Bruschetta Dip Mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS

Season chicken with Italian Herbs, garlic and Himalayan Pink Salt. Cook over medium-high heat for 1 minute each side to sear the chicken. Continue cooking for about 6 minutes each side. Set aside and let it rest

Soak Bruschetta seasoning in olive oil for 5-10 minutes. Add more Bruschetta Dip Mix for a richer taste. Combine with tomatoes in a bowl. Garnish each chicken breast with the mixture and Parmesan cheese

Balsamic Glaze (optional): mix the vinegar with brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 6 minutes on low heat or until the sauce has thickened

Serve with a side of green salad or garlic bread (optional)
