BERRY MAGIC CRÊPES

A breakfast dream come true! Soft homemade crêpes folded around creamy vanilla yogurt and juicy berries, topped with sweet maple syrup and our Berry Magic for a burst of fruity spice. 🍓

Ingredients

For the crêpe batter

  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter

For the toppings

Préparation

1. Prepare the batter

Place the flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Cook the crêpes

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease it using a paper towel.
Pour about ½ cup of batter into the pan. Immediately tilt the pan in all directions so the batter coats the entire surface.
Cook for about 1 minute, or until small bubbles form and the bottom has pale brown spots. Flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter.

3. Garnish and serve

Place a warm crêpe on a plate. Add a dollop of vanilla yogurt and a handful of fresh berries.
Fold the crêpe into a triangle. Top with more yogurt, fresh berries, maple syrup, and a generous sprinkle of Berry Magic Seasoning A Spice Affair
