Fire up the grill for this BBQ Grilled Chicken Burger 🔥🍔
Juicy, flavourful, and seasoned with our The One All-Purpose Butcher’s Seasoning, it’s finished with a tangy, creamy aioli made with our Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning. The perfect recipe to savour BBQ season 😋☀️
Ingredients
For the chicken:

4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp The One All-Purpose Butcher's Seasoning A Spice Affair

4 tbsp olive oil
For the burger:
-
Brioche buns
-
Mayonnaise
-
Pickles
-
Lettuce
For the aioli:
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
Juice from ½ lemon
Preparation
1. Marinate the chicken
Season the chicken breasts with The One All-Purpose Butcher's Seasoning A Spice Affair and olive oil. Mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
2. Grill the chicken
Preheat your grill to 350°F. Grill the chicken over direct heat for 6–8 minutes. Flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
3. Make the garlic parmesan aioli
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Garlic Parmesan Style Vegan Seasoning A Spice Affair until smooth. Set aside.
4. Assemble the burger
Lightly toast the brioche buns. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Add pickles, lettuce, and the grilled chicken breast. Top with a generous spoonful of the garlic parmesan aioli (if using), then close with the top bun. Serve immediately.
