Servings: 8 tablespoons, 6 skewers
For the Herb Compound
1 stick butter (½ cup), softened
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp A Spice Affair's Pink Himalayan Salt (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp A Spice Affair’s Parsallot Herbs
1 ½ tbsp fresh herbs (basil, parsley or your preference), chopped
¼ tsp Black Pepper
For the Shrimp
1 lb shrimp, shelled with tail on
1 tbsp A Spice Affair’s Lemon Pepper
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twist ends to seal well.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- While herb compound is chilling, sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on shrimp. Coat well. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked. Serve with topping of herb compound.
