Ingredients
- 1 can (170 g) tuna, drained
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Under the Sea Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Flaky sea salt, for finishing
Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dill Pickle Party Seasoning - The Spice Age
- Pinch of garlic powder
Toppings: fresh dill, lemon wedges
Preparation
Tuna Cakes
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Under the Sea Seasoning - The Spice Age, and lemon zest.
- Form into 4–5 small patties and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry cakes in a splash of oil for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
