Craving something creamy and flavourful? 🍗 This Fowl Play Coconut Chicken is your new weeknight dinner hero rich, savoury, and ready in minutes. Made with coconut milk, juicy chicken, and bold spices for a wildly delicious bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can (400 ml) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Fowl Play Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lime or dash of hot sauce (for extra zing)

 

Toppings: chopped cilantro, chili flakes, crispy onions (for crunch)

To serve: fluffy rice or warm naan

Preparation

Chicken

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown.
  2. Pour in coconut milk, stir in Fowl Play Seasoning - The Spice Age, and season with salt.
  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for another 3–5 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Garnish

  1. Top with cilantro, chili flakes, or crispy onions for texture and flair.
  2. Serve hot with rice or naan.
