Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can (400 ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Fowl Play Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: squeeze of lime or dash of hot sauce (for extra zing)

Preparation
Chicken
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown.
