Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cooked sushi rice (or jasmine rice)
- 1 cup steamed edamame beans
- 1 grilled or marinated salmon fillet, cubed or flaked
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mango or pineapple chunks (for sweet & savoury contrast)
- 1 to 2 tbsp Take Me to Hawaii Seasoning – The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
Toppings: sesame seeds, sliced green onions, optional pickled ginger
To serve: soy sauce or tamari on the side, for drizzling or dipping
Preparation
