Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 170 g each)
- 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 to 3 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt Seasoning - The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
- ½ lemon, sliced into wedges
- Salt & pepper, to taste (optional — it’s already loaded with flavour)
