INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Turkey Gravy Seasoning A Spice Affair
- ¾ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and Turkey Gravy seasoning.
- Cut in the cold butter cubes until small lumps of flour form. Slowly add half the milk, mixing until combined. Add the remaining milk and continue kneading until a sticky dough starts to form.
- Fold in the shredded cheese with a spoon. Drop about 2-3 tbsp of dough per biscuit onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake on the middle rack for 17-19 minutes, or until golden.
- While the biscuits are still hot, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley, then brush over each biscuit. Enjoy!
