INGREDIENTS

2 slices of bread
5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp A Spice Affair's Everything Bagel
1 small avocado, sliced (optional)

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350F and line baking tray.
2. Place sliced bread on lined baking tray and gently indent the middle of each slice, making a dip or well in the center.
3. Combine yogurt, egg, feta cheese and A Spice Affair’s Everything Bagel Seasoning and mix until well combined. 
4. Pour mixture onto sliced bread. 
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or a bit longer for crispier edges. 
6. Top with sliced avocado.
