INGREDIENTS
4 white fish (cod)
¼ cup A Spice Affair’s Lemon Pepper Beer Marinade Seasoning
1 cup blonde ale, or your preference
1 tsp A Spice Affair’s Smoked Paprika
6-8 Asparagus stalks
½ lemon, sliced
Parsley, garnish
PREPARATION
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Prepare marinade. Combine ¼ cup Lemon Pepper, blonde ale and Smoked Paprika. Pour sauce over fish and marinade for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Using foil lined with parchment paper, layer the asparagus then top with fish. Add a couple slices of lemon then pull the two opposite sides of the foil up over the cod. Fold the foil down twice to seal the top. Then flatten and fold the two ends together, twice, to make the foil packets airtight.
- Place on grill and cover/cook for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve!
